All our expertise is in-house. Ideas are guided by senior management, who each bring different skills to the company, such as entrepreneurial advice that steers business choices; technical programming and SEO expertise that creates commercially viable businesses, and management skills that keep everything on track. Our digital team are tech savvy, creating online solutions that focus on conversion optimisation, they know how to ensure higher revenue per customer. Our astute business development team have all the skills and experience needed to mentor our business partners and market the business, keeping it in the media.

Using this unique set of in-house skills, we work with business owners to develop their ideas from a rough draft into a flourishing, revenue-generating reality. We do this by mentoring our business partners, investing resources and time into their business and if needed investment in their business, using our own venture capital. Together we make things happen.

David Glaser


David has been a business mentor to the Company since its incorporation; his entrepreneurial skills have helped the development of our business and numerous diverse companies both in the UK and overseas for over thirty five years.
He is a long established director of the three Michelin Star Waterside Inn at Bray and is also the founder and majority shareholder of Web Results Direct, a highly respected web marketing agency which has been advising government, multinationals and diverse businesses since 2001.
David undertakes a wide range of voluntary work and is the chairman of a charity operating in southern Africa, the non-executive director of a fast expanding multi-academy trust, and a pro-bono advisor and mentor to a number of medical charities and small businesses.

Dominic Hayhoe

Founder & CEO

Dominic is our founder and CEO. Dominic has a background in programming in the true home grown sense, starting to program in basic and later machine code on a ZX81 aged eleven. After a short respite serving in the Armed Forces, Dominic re-joined the world of technology just as the web became commercial in 1998. Working at several technology companies, including one owned by David our Chairman the 'Web Design Centre', who were the first company to offer Search Engine Optimisation services in 1999 when no-one even knew what it meant! Since creating the company, Dominic has been at the cutting edge of technology, applying CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) techniques through sound customer behaviour psychoanalysis to all our online solutions for over ten years, maximising the PPC and SEO possibilities and applying the latest in programming techniques and technology to everything we do.

Andy Morris


Andy, a Chartered Management Accountant joined Clever Digit Media in 2014 and brings a wealth of financial expertise and business acumen to the company. Having previously worked for a combination of SME’s and large organisations both in the UK and Australia, he has built up a very wide skill set. Andy oversees the financial department ensuring that the company adheres to current legislation and providing a sound financial influence to the board, in order for key strategic decisions and investments to be made. He looks very closely at all processes to maintain efficiency that ensures profits are maximised. Andy is regularly evaluating the feasibility of new investment ideas and their profit making potential for both our own companies and those that we invest our capital and resources in, and is always eager to assess new business ventures and angel investment opportunities.

Carolyn Dilena


Carolyn joined the company in 2012, after 23 years working in the public sector. She became a Director in 2017. Her specialisms lie in Human Resources, Payroll Administration, Policy and Procedure writing, Risk Management, Change Management (ITIL processes), Health and Safety, Data Protection and Facilities Management. Carolyn has a wealth of experience in producing procedural and process documentation to guarantee adherence to all relevant legislation. She is an experienced manager, having managed a variety of teams from the age of 19. Carolyn is responsible for ensuring that the right people and processes are in place to ensure optimum returns.
